Food:
Brunch: 2 pieces of whole-grain toast w all natural PB and a sliced banana, smoothie with blackberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, ground chia
Snack: Strawberries (2 cups or so), 1/4 cup pepitas, tea
Dinner: Couscous with beans, tea

It is effing gorgeous out today, so I can’t wait to get out and go running later today. It also gets me thinking about the upcoming months where I can finally workout outside every day. Even though summer heat sometimes gets me down, it feels amazing to wake up early as hell and get in a run as the sun rises.

I’ve been feeling so sick since I got home this weekend, so I just did a very light workout last night:
Shoulder blade squeezes (100)
Wall sit (50 sec)
Supermans (25)
Pushups (20)
Not complicated at all, obviously, but I’m feeling better today so I can hopefully get back into my normal routine really soon and get back to posting workouts regularly. I have a few great workouts planned out,...

02/07/12 and 02/08/12 Workout Logs
Pretty basic workouts for the past two days. Just did 50 minutes of cardio yesteday and today, and a little tone it up workout today
Cardio: 280/1050
ToneItUp/Bodyrock: 2/10
Yoga: 2/10
Tomorrow is just cardio and possiby a short abs circuit, and yin yoga at night.
