It is effing gorgeous out today, so I can’t wait to get out and go running later today. It also gets me thinking about the upcoming months where I can finally workout outside every day. 02/07/12 and 02/08/12 Workout Logs
Pretty basic workouts for the past two days. Just did 50 minutes of cardio yesteday and today, and a little tone it up workout today Cardio: 280/1050 ToneItUp/Bodyrock: 2/10 Yoga: 2/10 Tomorrow is just cardio and possiby a short abs circuit, and yin yoga at night.
